Anti-Drone Gun EMG-150 Punjab Civil Defense
The Government of Punjab has taken a significant step toward modern security by introducing the Anti-Drone Gun EMG-150 Punjab Civil Defense system. In today’s world, where drone technology is rapidly evolving, the risk of unauthorized or hostile drones has increased. To address this challenge, the Punjab Home Department has launched a smart and timely initiative to strengthen civil defense capabilities and protect the province’s airspace.
This move reflects a forward-thinking approach, ensuring that Punjab is prepared to deal with modern aerial threats effectively.
Deployment of Anti-Drone Gun EMG-150
The first Anti-Drone Gun EMG-150 Punjab Civil Defense unit has been handed over to the Rawalpindi Division. This marks the beginning of a broader plan to equip Civil Defense units across the province with advanced anti-drone technology.
The initiative aims to enhance the operational capacity of Civil Defense teams, enabling them to quickly respond to any suspicious drone activity. By gradually distributing these guns throughout Punjab, the Home Department is building a strong defense network against aerial threats.
