BISP Mobile Registration Service: Easy Registration, Helpline, Complaint Centers, and Latest Updates

BISP Mobile Registration Service

The Benazir Income Support Programme is one of the largest social welfare programs in Pakistan. It aims to support poor and deserving families by providing financial assistance so they can meet their basic needs. Under the latest updates, eligible families can receive Rs. 13,500 through this program.

To make the registration process easier and more accessible, BISP has introduced the BISP Mobile Registration Service. This new initiative allows people to complete their registration through mobile registration centers set up in different areas. As a result, people no longer need to travel long distances to a Tehsil office to apply for the program.

This service is especially beneficial for people living in remote areas, as well as for elderly and disabled individuals who face difficulties visiting government offices.

What is the BISP Mobile Registration Service?

The BISP Mobile Registration Service is a special initiative launched to simplify the registration process for the Benazir Income Support Program. Instead of visiting a Tehsil office, eligible individuals can now register through mobile registration centers that visit different cities and communities.

These mobile centers are set up in local areas so people can easily access them. BISP staff members assist applicants in completing the registration process and verifying their details.

The main purpose of this service is to ensure that poor and deserving families can register without facing transportation issues or long waiting times.

Launch and Expansion of the BISP Mobile Registration Service

The mobile registration initiative was first launched in Islamabad as part of a plan to improve access to the program across the country.

After its successful launch, the service expanded to other provinces. Currently:

  • 19 mobile registration service centers have been established in Balochistan.
  • Around 5,000 mobile registration service centres are operating in Sindh.

These centers are helping thousands of people complete their registration without visiting a permanent office. The government plans to expand the service further so that more rural communities can benefit from the program.

Aim of the BISP Mobile Registration Service

The main goal of the BISP Mobile Registration Service is to make registration simple, quick, and accessible for everyone.

Each mobile registration center stays in a particular city or area for about one week. During this period, residents can visit the center at their convenient time and complete their registration.

Another important feature of this service is that it is also available on Saturdays, making it easier for people who cannot visit during weekdays.

This initiative has been designed especially for:

  • Elderly citizens
  • Disabled individuals
  • Women living in remote areas
  • People who cannot travel to Tehsil offices

By bringing registration services closer to communities, BISP aims to ensure that no deserving family is left out.

Financial Assistance Under the BISP Program

One of the major benefits of the Benazir Income Support Programme is the financial assistance it provides to low-income families.

Currently, eligible beneficiaries can receive Rs. 13,500 through the program. This financial support helps families cover essential expenses such as:

  • Food
  • Basic household needs
  • Children’s education
  • Medical expenses

To receive this payment, individuals must complete their registration and verification through BISP.

BISP Helpline Number for Assistance

To make it easier for beneficiaries to get help, BISP has introduced a dedicated helpline.

BISP Helpline Number: 0800-26477

People can call this number if they face any issues related to the program. This includes:

  • Problems during registration
  • Issues with BISP staff
  • Illegal deductions from payments
  • Payment delays

When a complaint is registered, a BISP representative listens carefully to the issue and starts the process to resolve it. In many cases, complaints are addressed within a short time.

BISP Complaint Centers

To further support beneficiaries, BISP has also established Complaint Centers.

These centers allow people to submit complaints if they experience any problems related to the program. The staff at these centers review the complaint and begin processing it immediately.

This system ensures transparency and protects beneficiaries from unfair practices such as unauthorized deductions.

BISP WhatsApp Complaint Service

In addition to the helpline and complaint centers, BISP has introduced WhatsApp complaint services.

This allows beneficiaries to report issues quickly using their mobile phones. The service is available 24 hours a day, making it easier for people to contact BISP officials at any time.

Through WhatsApp, people can:

  • Submit complaints
  • Ask questions about payments
  • Get information about registration

This digital option makes communication faster and more convenient for beneficiaries.

How to Submit a BISP Complaint Form

If a beneficiary faces any issue with BISP, they can submit a complaint form. The process is simple and straightforward.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
  2. Bring your valid CNIC (National Identity Card).
  3. Ask the Assistant Director for the complaint form.
  4. Fill out the form with the required details, including:
    • Your name
    • CNIC number
    • Amount deducted
    • Name of the person responsible for the deduction
  5. Submit the completed form to the Assistant Director.

If someone does not know how to fill out the form, the BISP staff can assist them.

Complaint Verification and Resolution Process

After the complaint form is submitted, the Assistant Director reviews the complaint and verifies the information provided.

If the complaint is found to be valid:

  • Action is taken against the person responsible for the illegal deduction.
  • The deducted amount is returned to the beneficiary’s account.
  • The offender may face punishment according to the law.

This process ensures that beneficiaries receive their full payment without any illegal deductions.
