Eligibility Criteria In the Scholarship Program
The Benazir Taleemi Wazaif (education scholarships) program gives quarterly stipends to the children of BISP Kafalat beneficiaries, so that poverty does not stop them from going to school.
The Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program provides educational scholarships to students who meet the eligibility criteria. Children enrolled in primary, secondary, or higher secondary classes receive quarterly stipends: Rs. 2,000 for boys and Rs. 2,500 for girls in primary, Rs. 3,000 for boys and Rs. 3,500 for girls in secondary, and Rs. 4,000 for boys and Rs. 4,500 for girls in higher secondary classes.
- Children of active BISP Kafalat beneficiaries are eligible.
- Age 4 to 12 years for primary school enrollment.
- Age 8 to 18 years for secondary school enrollment.
- Age 13 to 22 years for higher secondary enrollment.
- The child must maintain at least 70% school attendance every quarter.
- A valid NADRA B-Form and the school admission slip are required for enrollment.

The Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program is a ray of hope for poor families whose children are deprived of education due to a lack of resources. The Benazir Income Support Programme provides these scholarships to the children of Kafalat beneficiaries across Pakistan.
To enroll, visit the nearest BISP tehsil office with the child, the mother’s CNIC, and the child’s NADRA B-Form. The BISP representative will issue an enrollment slip; get it verified from the child’s school with the class, school name, and teacher’s signature, then submit the verified slip back to the BISP office.
Fill out the enrollment slip carefully, and make sure the school verifies the class, school name, and teacher’s details before you submit it back to the BISP office.
Once the verified slip is submitted, the child’s enrollment is complete.
The quarterly stipend is paid along with the mother’s BISP Kafalat payment, subject to 70% school attendance. You can check eligibility anytime by sending your CNIC number to 8171.

Complain if Payment is Not Received
If your money is deducted, or you are charged a fee while getting the money, then you can complain to the nearest BISP office. You can also call the BISP helpline 0800-26477 to register your complaint. Your issue will be addressed, and you will get your payment once your complaint is resolved.
