Taleemi Wazaif Quarterly Stipend Rates (2026)
First, BISP confirmed the quarterly stipend rates for 2026 in its press release of 10 March 2026. At every level, girls also receive a higher stipend to encourage their education:

Taleemi Wazaif Eligibility Criteria
First, parents must enroll the child in school — Primary (ages 4–12), Secondary (ages 8–18), or Higher Secondary (ages 13–22). The mother must also be an active Benazir Kafalat beneficiary. In addition, the child must keep at least 70% school attendance each quarter, verified from the second quarter onward. Otherwise, three consecutive failures to meet the attendance requirement lead to suspension of the stipend. Finally, parents register the child at the nearest BISP tehsil office. They must also bring the mother’s CNIC and the child’s NADRA B-Form linked to the mother’s CNIC.
