CM Punjab Electric Motorbike Scheme: Overview
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz launched the registration of electric motorbikes in 2025 under the CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme. In addition, students applied with their complete documents through the official portal, and the last date for applications in the first phase was April 29, 2025.
وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے 2025 میں سی ایم پنجاب ای بائیک اسکیم کے تحت الیکٹرک موٹر بائیکس کی رجسٹریشن کا آغاز کیا۔ طلباء نے اپنے مکمل دستاویزات کے ساتھ سرکاری پورٹل کے ذریعے درخواست دی، اور پہلے مرحلے میں درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 29 اپریل 2025 تھی۔
For online registration, students registered at bikes.punjab.gov.pk. Moreover, in the first phase, students paid Rs 7,325 in easy monthly installments. The Chief Minister of Punjab provided this facility for male and female students as a gift.
The government officially started the registration of electric motorbikes in 2025, marking a significant move toward promoting eco-friendly transportation. This initiative is aimed at reducing carbon emissions and encouraging the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions across the country.
حکومت نے 2025 میں الیکٹرک موٹر بائیکس کی رجسٹریشن باضابطہ طور پر شروع کی، جو ماحول دوست نقل و حمل کے فروغ کی سمت ایک اہم پیش رفت ہے۔ اس اقدام کا مقصد کاربن کے اخراج میں کمی اور ملک بھر میں پائیدار ذرائع آمدورفت کے استعمال کی حوصلہ افزائی ہے۔

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz provided this facility for male and female students. Many students could not attend school and college due to a lack of resources. The Chief Minister of Punjab provided them with electric motorbikes.
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے یہ سہولت مرد اور خواتین طلباء کے لیے فراہم کی۔ بہت سے طلباء وسائل کی کمی کی وجہ سے سکول اور کالج نہیں جا سکتے تھے۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے انہیں الیکٹرک موٹر سائیکلیں فراہم کیں۔
Many students benefited in the first phase of the bike scheme. Motorbikes were provided to the students in convenient installments.
بائیک اسکیم کے پہلے مرحلے میں بہت سے طلبہ مستفید ہوئے۔ طلباء کو آسان اقساط پر موٹر سائیکلیں فراہم کی گئیں۔
Punjab CM Electric Bikes Scheme 2026: Eligibility and Registration
Easy Monthly Installments
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz decided to provide electric motorbikes to all students on easy monthly installments. These motorbikes are for male and female students, as many students cannot continue their education due to the distance from schools and colleges.
وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے تمام طلباء کو آسان ماہانہ اقساط پر الیکٹرک موٹر سائیکلیں فراہم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ یہ موٹر سائیکلیں مرد اور خواتین طلباء کے لیے ہیں، کیونکہ بہت سے طلباء اسکولوں اور کالجوں سے دوری کی وجہ سے تعلیم جاری نہیں رکھ پاتے۔
In the first phase, students deposited Rs 11,676 in easy monthly installments. The motorbikes were provided to students by the Chief Minister at subsidized rates.
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے انہیں آسان اقساط میں الیکٹرک موٹر سائیکل فراہم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ پہلے مرحلے میں طلباء نے 11676 روپے آسان ماہانہ اقساط میں جمع کرائے۔ یہ موٹر بائیکس وزیر اعلیٰ کی جانب سے طلباء کو رعایتی نرخوں پر فراہم کی گئیں۔
Interest-Free Bikes for Students 2026: Registration Closed, Check Status
1 Billion Subsidy
The monthly installments were covered under the interest-free plan. Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz decided to pay the markup while giving bikes to the students as a gift. A down payment of Rs 20,000 was paid by the government on behalf of the students.
ماہانہ اقساط بلاسود منصوبے کے تحت ادا کی گئیں۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے طلباء کو موٹر سائیکلوں کا تحفہ دیتے ہوئے مارک اپ ادا کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ 20 ہزار روپے کی ڈاؤن پیمنٹ حکومت نے طلباء کی جانب سے ادا کی۔
The Chief Minister took all these measures under her supervision — a major facility not only for students but also for many people.
وزیر اعلیٰ نے یہ تمام اقدامات اپنی ذمہ داری پر کیے ہیں جو نہ صرف طلباء بلکہ بہت سے لوگوں کے لیے بہترین سہولت ہے۔ پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے بلاسود موٹر سائیکلوں کے لیے ایک ارب روپے کی سبسڈی فراہم کی گئی ہے۔ پنجاب حکومت نے 20 ہزار موٹر سائیکلوں کی فراہمی کے لیے رجسٹریشن شروع کرنے کے بعد ایک ارب روپے کی سبسڈی رکھی ہے۔
Supply Of 19,000 Petrol Bikes
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has kept a different number of electric motorbikes and petrol motorbikes. That is, 19 thousand petrol motorbikes and 1000 electric motorbikes will be provided by the Chief Minister of Punjab. The Chief Minister of Punjab’s Special Branch has done an excellent job for all the people, especially for the students. All the students will get these motorbikes easily. After the success of the first phase, the Punjab government announced a second phase of the E-Bike Scheme with 100,000 electric bikes for students. Registration for the latest phase closed on 4 October 2026, and balloting was scheduled for the applicants.
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے الیکٹرک موٹر بائیکس اور پیٹرول والی موٹر سائیکلوں کے مختلف نمبر رکھے ہیں۔ یعنی 19 ہزار پیٹرول موٹر بائیکس اور 1000 الیکٹرک موٹر بائیکس وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب فراہم کریں گے۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سپیشل برانچ نے تمام لوگوں کے لیے ایک بہترین کام کیا ہے، خاص طور پر طلبہ کے لیے، تمام طلبہ کو یہ موٹر سائیکلیں باآسانی مل جائیں گی۔

For registration, keep your documents ready: your CNIC or B-Form, school or college documents, and other required papers. Students applied online through the official portal bikes.punjab.gov.pk. Students above 18 years of age were eligible. The first-phase deadline was April 29, 2025, and registration for the latest phase closed on 4 October 2026 — applicants can check their application status on the official portal with their Tracking ID and CNIC.
