Important: the 8171 portal has not started any online registration, and there is none. BISP registration happens only through the free NSER Dynamic Survey at your nearest BISP tehsil office. Take your original CNIC there to complete your survey; after verification you may become eligible for the quarterly Rs. 14,500 Kafalat payment.

8171 Web Portal Eligibility Check
You can check your BISP eligibility online from home through the 8171 web portal. The 2026 procedure is below. Remember that actual registration happens only at BISP tehsil offices through the free NSER Dynamic Survey, not online.
- To check your eligibility with the 8171 web portal, follow this procedure:
- Open the official 8171 web portal (8171.bisp.gov.pk) on your phone or computer browser.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC number in the first field.
- Enter the image code shown on the screen in the second field.
- Click the check button to submit the form.
- Your eligibility status will be shown on the screen immediately.
- If the portal shows you are eligible, collect your Rs. 14,500 quarterly Kafalat payment from your nearest BISP payment point.
- Click the check button to see your eligibility result.
- The portal will check your CNIC against the NSER record and show your status.
- A message will show whether you are eligible for BISP support.
- The result is instant — there is no 24-hour wait.

No Registration Form On The 8171 Portal
The 8171 web portal has no registration form. It only checks eligibility. To register, visit your nearest BISP tehsil office with your original CNIC and complete the free NSER Dynamic Survey. Once verified, eligible households receive the Rs. 14,500 quarterly Kafalat payment.
The official portal is 8171.bisp.gov.pk. It is only an eligibility-check portal, not a registration website — nobody can register on it.
BISP Registration Through NSER Survey
There is no online registration for BISP. Registration is done in person through the free NSER Dynamic Survey at BISP tehsil offices. Never pay any agent for this — the survey is completely free.
