Punjab For Ehsaas Program. The good news for poor families across Punjab is that registration for the Ehsaas/BISP programme is open through the NSER dynamic survey. People declared ineligible earlier can also re-register through the dynamic survey and benefit from this programme. To complete your survey, visit the BISP Tehsil Office of your area with your original CNIC.
You can benefit from this programme after your eligibility is confirmed. However, there is no online registration form for BISP/Ehsaas. The 8171 web portal and SMS service are only for checking eligibility and payment status. Therefore, registration happens only through the NSER dynamic survey at a BISP tehsil office. If you were declared ineligible before, you now have a chance to re-register through the survey.

The Ehsaas Kafalat programme now runs under the Benazir Income Support Programme. It provides financial assistance to the most vulnerable families. However, registration is not available online. Citizens must visit their nearest BISP tehsil office with their original CNIC. There, they complete the NSER dynamic survey, and therefore BISP determines their eligibility afterwards. Qualifying families then start receiving the quarterly Kafalat payment.

The Taleemi Wazaif programme also supports the children of beneficiary families. The quarterly tiers are as follows. At the primary level, boys get Rs 2,000 and girls get Rs 2,500. For secondary level, boys get Rs 3,000 and girls get Rs 3,500. At the higher secondary level, boys get Rs 4,000 and girls get Rs 4,500.

To use the Ehsaas Rashan app, first download it from the Google Play Store. Then create your account with your CNIC and contact number. After that, you can apply for ration assistance through the app. The application will ask about your household income and family size, which determines whether you qualify and how much subsidy you can get.
Eligible people can easily get Ehsaas Ration Program assistance through the app. For example, the Punjab government launched the Ehsaas Ration Program with Rs. 100 billion for about 8 million families. Under this programme, eligible families get a 40% discount on atta, dal, ghee, and cooking oil.
