Bhutto STEM Scholarship 2026–27 Quota and Distribution

A total of six scholarships will be awarded under the Bhutto STEM Scholarship 2026–27. The program is divided into two initiatives to ensure inclusivity and gender balance.

Three scholarships are reserved for female candidates under the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Initiative, while the remaining three are offered on open merit through the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Initiative.

Bhutto STEM Scholarship 2026–27 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill all eligibility conditions to be considered for the Bhutto STEM Scholarship 2026–27. Only candidates who meet both Sindh Government and Oxford University requirements will qualify for shortlisting.

Applicants must hold a Sindh CNIC, domicile, and PRC (Form-D). An unconditional offer from the University of Oxford for 2026–27 is mandatory, and candidates must not be receiving any other scholarship.
