Registration Process
Registration is now available only at official BISP Tehsil Offices — there is no online survey form. CNIC can be used only to check eligibility/status (via SMS or web portal), but the actual registration or data update must be done in person at the office.

- Original CNIC
- Children’s NADRA-verified B-Form
- Household electricity or gas bill
Biometric Verification
Biometric verification is completed at the Tehsil office, after which the record is updated in the NSER database. If the fingerprint does not match, the biometric record must be updated at a NADRA office. If incorrect data was entered previously, a correction can be requested at the Tehsil office.
PMT Score
After the survey, the system calculates a PMT (Proxy Means Test) score, which determines whether the family qualifies for financial assistance.
Payment Amounts
- Quarterly stipend has been increased to Rs. 14,500
Continuous Registration System
The survey is now a continuous system, instead of periodic one-time surveys, families can register or update their data at any time.
