A New BISP List of People With 32 PMT Scores Released

The new BISP list of people with 32 PMT scores continues. BISP payments are being provided according to the scores of poor people. Many eligible women in the Benazir Income Support Program have a poverty score below 32 and are not receiving assistance. They should register in the program after updating their information to receive the Benazir Income Support Program payment.

For widows whose PMT score is more than 32, their tranche has been released by the Government of Pakistan. According to the new policy of the government of Pakistan, the eligibility score for widows has now been set at 35. Widows with scores below 32 and between 32 and 35 are included in the Benazir Income Support Programme. Those with a PMT score above 35 will be disqualified.

Now the government has increased the poverty score from 32 to 38.

Verification Process Complete

1.4 lakh women have completed their survey, but the verification process is still going on. They should complete it so that they can be included in the next quarterly installment. Women who completed their dynamic survey but were disqualified from the program have good news too: they can appeal and re-survey in the program.

If they are also disqualified on appeal, they will need to survey again in 2026 to get assistance. All such women do not need to visit the BISP office repeatedly, as they can now stay informed about BISP.

Out of 3.4 lakh screened women, 1.7 lakh women have a score below 32 and have completed the verification process. They qualified for the program, and their payment list was released to the concerned bank. Women were able to collect their payments starting May 13.
