First Flight and Departure Cities
The first flights of Hajj Operation 2026 will take off from four major cities in Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Multan. On the very first day, pilgrims will also begin their journey to Madinah Munawwarah, with four flights specifically scheduled for this holy destination. This careful planning ensures that pilgrims can reach their intended locations without delays.
Total Flights and Number of Pilgrims
Under the government Hajj scheme, 468 flights will transport pilgrims to the Holy Hijaz. A total of 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims will benefit from this scheme in 2026. Hajj Operation 2026 is structured to cover eight major cities in Pakistan. The number of flights from each city is as follows:

- Karachi: 124 flights
- Lahore: 104 flights
- Quetta: 18 flights
- Multan: 34 flights
- Sialkot: 26 flights
- Faisalabad: 23 flights
