Punjab Parwaaz Card Loan

The Punjab government’s Parwaaz Card offers an interest-free loan of up to Rs. 1 million to residents who already have a confirmed job offer abroad. Managed through the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), it covers pre-departure expenses so workers don’t need to arrange money on their own before leaving.

Eligibility

• Age 18 or above, resident of Punjab with valid CNIC
• Must hold a confirmed overseas job offer
• Offered monthly salary below SAR 5,000 (or equivalent)
• Open to skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers, male and female
