8500 Sehat Sahulat program New Update is one of the best programs created by the government of Pakistan to provide all health facilities to poor people. Those who are deserving and poor cannot get proper treatment, but they can get free treatment through a health card. A very easy method of registration for health cards has been introduced.

You can get your treatment if you have any serious disease that requires costly treatment and you don’t have money, then you can get full treatment through this card. What Is Free vs What You Pay

At empaneled private hospitals, treatment is completely FREE for cancer, ICU, CCU, NICU, thalassemia, and all emergencies. For ALL other conditions, the Sehat Sahulat Program covers only 50% of the cost — you pay the remaining 50% yourself.

Priority Treatment;

• Initial coverage PKR 300,000 / family/year.
• Additional coverage PKR 300,000 / family.
• All medical and surgical procedures are covered for patient services, including cardiovascular angioplasty and bypass.
• Diabetes, Burns, and RTA

Chronic infection, Liver disease, HIV, Cancer, Chemo, Radio surgery, Neurological diseases. All major diseases are treated free of cost through a health card.

Sehat Card Check By CNIC New Update

If you wish to register for the health facility card program. Enter your National Identity Card number and enter the code given in the image. Then click on the Enable button. As soon as you click on the enable button, you will immediately receive an SMS regarding your eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria

• All permanent residents of Islamabad Capital Territory, according to NADRA CNIC.
• All permanent residents of Punjab, according to NADRA CNIC, in a phased manner.
• All permanent residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to NADRA CNIC.
• All permanent residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, according to NADRA CNIC.
• All permanent residents of Gilgit-Baltistan, according to NADRA CNIC, in a phased manner.
• All permanent residents of Tharparkar, Sindh, according to NADRA CNIC.
• Transgender persons across Pakistan holding a NADRA CNIC are also covered.
• Health services will be offered to those who meet the eligibility criteria.
• Marked ineligible? Punjab residents shown as ineligible should visit their nearest NADRA office to update their family data — eligibility auto-corrects after NADRA updates the record.
• Family coverage: one card issued to the head of the family covers the husband, wife, and unmarried children. Babies born in empaneled hospitals are added automatically.

How To Apply 8500 Sehat Card 2026

• First of all, need your CNIC.
• Then, send an SMS from the SIM registered on your own CNIC.
• Then, send your CNIC number to 8500 via SMS.
• You will then receive a reply regarding your eligibility.

How to Use Qaumi Sehat Card/Sehat Insaf Card

Step 1:

To determine whether you are eligible, send your CNIC to 8500.

Step 2:

Get your Qaumi Sehat or Sehat Insaf card If you are eligible, you can get your health card from the district’s card distribution center.

Step 3:

Organize a program that includes health-listed hospitals by gathering the necessary information and documents.

When you enter the office, be sure to bring the following documents with you.

In the event of child treatment, the Sehat Insaf Card or the original CNIC B-form is required.

Step 4:

Utilize your Sehat Insaf card/Qaumi Sehat Card to seek treatment

After registration, visit the dedicated Sehat Sahulat Program counter at the hospital. The staff will verify your Sehat Insaf Card and guide you through the admission process.

Step 5:

Get the treatment for free. After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the Health Insurance Card will be used to pay for the treatment.

Note: It is only accessible when a patient requires admission.

Medicines and lab tests are covered ONLY when the patient is admitted to the hospital.
