The BISP Tehsil Office registers beneficiaries after updating their information for the BISP program, and the representative at the Tehsil Office completes your registration through the registration form. In 2026, BISP disburses Kafalat payments only through the digital Social Protection Wallet linked to the officially issued free Benazir SIM. To keep your payments working, collect and activate your free SIM at a BISP office with your original CNIC.
