The Punjab government has launched the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry 2025 to make its socio-economic welfare program more effective. It aims to establish a modern and unified digital database that will help in better management of the assistance provided by the government to deserving families.
What is the Socioeconomic Registry Project?
The Socio-Economic Registry Project is a major initiative of the Government of Pakistan in 2025, which aims to collect comprehensive data on the socio-economic conditions of the country’s population. Under this project, information related to household income, education, and health is collected. employment, housing, and other basic amenities are collected so that government welfare programs,the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). And the Ehsaas Program was effectively delivered to the deserving people. In 2025, this registry is being updated through modern technology, digital platforms. and transparent data management to better achieve the goals of poverty eradication and social welfare.

Re-registration of the Socio-Economic Registry Project announced in 2025
After the preparations for engineering and digital management, the government announced the introduction of re-registration. The PSER survey was registered after December 25, 2024. Now the registration procedure has been reintroduced in 2025. The re-registration of the survey started so that those who could not come in the first opportunity or were deprived of registration are being provided with a chance again.
Registration sources
Three basic registration methods are provided:
- Survey teams at the door.
Door-to-door visits are being conducted again to ensure registration, especially in rural and backward areas. Representatives will come to your doorstep to conduct a team survey to facilitate your registration, ensuring your registration in backward areas.
- Online Registration Portal
It is also possible to register yourself online through the web portal. You can easily provide your information through the form in your account. If you have registered before, you will need to enable verification of your registration.
- Government-established registration centers
Around 5,000 registration centers were set up across Punjab, where you can register with CNIC and other information.

Registration dates and times
When will the registration in the Socio-Economic Registry Project start? Registration is being done again from 2025. The registration date is not yet fully organized. As soon as the registration deadline is announced, we will be the first to tell you about it. The registration process is still ongoing, so the date is being changed.
The door-to-door survey was launched on April 25. The survey was conducted in remote areas across Punjab. Now the registration process has resumed.
