There is no official Oct–Dec 2026 phase-district list and BISP has announced no start date for the current cycle, so check your own status via 8171 SMS or the 8171 web portal before visiting any payment point — only go after you receive the 8171 confirmation.

Send your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes) by SMS to 8171 and wait for the reply with your eligibility and payment status.

Where to Collect: Digital Wallet & Campsite
BISP now pays primarily through the digital Social Protection Wallet (PR No. 50, 18 Jun 2026, on the interoperable digital-wallet payment system). Your Rs. 14,500 is credited to the interoperable wallet, and you can withdraw it from any partner-bank retailer or agent nationwide — HBL, Bank Alfalah, Bank of Punjab, HBL Microfinance, Easypaisa and JazzCash via 1LINK.
