The distribution of BISP funds for the October–December 2026 quarter is in progress. Eligible women are receiving their quarterly installment of Rs. 14,500 through their nearest campsites. Furthermore, BISP releases the Kafalat installment in phases across districts so that beneficiaries can collect their money without long waits or overcrowding. Women should visit their nearest campsite only after receiving the payment SMS from 8171.
اکتوبر تا دسمبر 2026 کی سہ ماہی کے لیے بی آئی ایس پی فنڈز کی تقسیم جاری ہے۔ اہل خواتین اپنے قریبی کیمپ سائٹس کے ذریعے 14,500 روپے کی سہ ماہی قسط وصول کر رہی ہیں۔ بی آئی ایس پی کفالت کی قسط اضلاع میں مرحلہ وار جاری کرتا ہے تاکہ مستحقین طویل انتظار یا بھیڑ کے بغیر رقم حاصل کر سکیں۔ خواتین کو 8171 سے ادائیگی کا ایس ایم ایس موصول ہونے کے بعد ہی قریبی کیمپ سائٹ جانا چاہیے۔

New Method Of Disbursement Of BISP Funds
For the October–December 2026 quarter, BISP is distributing funds in two phases. Specifically, in the first phase, BISP is providing the Rs. 14,500 installment to deserving women of selected districts. Once BISP completes distribution in these districts, the second phase will start.
In the second phase, BISP will distribute the money in the remaining districts. As a result, this two-phase approach prevents overcrowding at campsites and avoids any untoward incident due to a heavy rush.

Districts Selected For The First Phase
BISP has selected the following districts for the first phase of the October–December 2026 funds distribution.
- Islamabad and all districts of Balochistan Province, Azad Jammu Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan are also included.
- In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, all districts of Peshawar, Mardan, Malakand, and Hazara divisions are also selected.
- In Sindh, all districts of Karachi Division and Hyderabad District are also included.
- In Punjab, all districts of Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha divisions, along with Vehari district, are also selected.

Payment Of BISP Educational Scholarships
Under the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program, BISP also issues educational stipends for the children of eligible women. In addition, BISP has released student stipends along with the current October–December 2026 quarterly installment of the Kafalat program.
Students can receive these stipends through the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program.

How To Receive The Scholarship Amount
BISP transfers the scholarship money of students to their mothers’ accounts, so the students don’t need to visit a campsite to collect it. However, women must hold a valid National Identity Card to receive money. If their identity card has expired, they should visit their nearest NADRA office to renew it, because they will get their money only after renewing their CNIC.
طلباء کے اسکالرشپ کی رقم ان کی والدہ کے اکاؤنٹ میں منتقل کی جاتی ہے۔ طلباء کو اسکالرشپ کی رقم لینے کے لیے جانے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ رقم وصول کرنے کے لیے خواتین کے پاس ایک درست قومی شناختی کارڈ ہونا ضروری ہے۔ اگر ان کے شناختی کارڈ کی میعاد ختم ہو گئی ہے تو وہ اپنے قومی شناختی کارڈ کی تجدید کے لیے اپنے قریبی نادرا آفس میں جائیں۔ انہیں اپنی رقم اپنے CNIC کی تجدید کے بعد ہی ملے گی۔
