According to BISP’s record of July 6, 2025, about 61 lakh beneficiaries had received Rs. 58 billion. However, about four lakh deserving women had not yet received their payments. As a result, the Chairperson asked beneficiaries to collect their payments patiently without rushing, and instructed payment centre staff accordingly.
She asked staff to treat beneficiaries with courtesy and respect, and to disburse aid with dignity. In addition, the Taleemi Wazaif (education scholarship) instalment for students was also released with the June 2025 quarterly payment, so eligible mothers could collect their children’s scholarships too.

Fees For Receiving BISP Payments
Specifically, BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid told beneficiaries that no fee is charged to receive payments. Therefore, if anyone asks you for a fee, file a complaint against them.
