On January 14, 2025, Benazir Income Support Programme Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid visited the BISP payment center in Ibrahim Hyderi, Malir, Karachi. How to Collect BISP Payments in 2026
As of 2026, the BISP Kafalat quarterly payment is Rs. 14,500. First, beneficiaries receive a payment-confirmation SMS from 8171 when BISP releases their installment. Then, after receiving the SMS, collect the full amount from an authorized retailer or the bank only after biometric (thumb) verification — never hand over your CNIC or thumbprint to an agent for an off-record payment.
