You can collect your programme payment with your original CNIC. First, complete your registration and wait for the payment-confirmation SMS from 8171. Then visit the designated retail outlet with your CNIC. The representative will enter your CNIC number in the BISP device, verify your fingerprints, and hand you your Rs. 14,500 payment.
