New Registration Procedure
To receive the Rs. 14,500 installment, first visit your nearest BISP tehsil office with your original CNIC. The staff will complete your NSER survey and ask a few questions about your household. After they verify your eligibility, they will enroll you in the programme.
After enrollment, wait for the payment confirmation SMS from 8171. Then collect your Rs. 14,500 from the designated payment point after biometric verification. So never pay any agent or middleman for registration or payment release.

Eligibility Criteria For BISP New Distribution
BISP decides eligibility through the NSER survey and the Proxy Means Test (PMT) score. For example, families with a PMT score of 32 or below and a valid CNIC qualify for the programme. The programme supports deserving low-income households across Pakistan.
If your PMT score is 32 or below, the programme can include you. However, households above the cut-off, or those that do not meet the programme’s conditions, are not eligible. BISP registers only one eligible woman per household as the beneficiary.
You can also check your payment status by sending your CNIC number in an SMS to 8171. This service is free and works on any mobile network in Pakistan.
Ineligible Person
You cannot join the programme if you or your spouse holds a government job or receives a government pension. BISP also excludes households with unpaid bank loans, large property, or vehicles.
