Three months after the completion of the registration process, the stipend is added to the mother’s BISP payment and released quarterly through the official payment channels to the eligible students upon joining the program. Quarterly stipend rates (after the March 2026 Rs. 500 increase): Primary (Class 1–5) — Boys Rs. 2,000, Girls Rs. 2,500; Secondary (Class 6–10) — Boys Rs. 3,000, Girls Rs. 3,500; Higher Secondary (Class 11–12) — Boys Rs. 4,000, Girls Rs. 4,500. Girls passing Grade 5 get a one-time Rs. 3,000 graduation bonus.

Students can only be registered at the nearest BISP tehsil office — there is no online registration. Take the enrollment slip to the school for the head’s signature and stamp, then submit it back to the BISP office.
- Students join the program, visit the nearest Ehsaas Center, and explain the purpose of the visit.
- Submit your documents and provide your household information.
- Enter the ID card number of the head of your household along with the household information to the representative.
- Complete the registration form and wait for the verification of all these documents and information.
- As soon as the verification process is complete, you will be issued a registration completion receipt.
- On receiving the payment SMS from 8171, collect the payment from the designated payment point / partner-bank retailer.

Conditions Prescribed in Ehsaas Education Scholarships
Students who meet the scholarship requirements will be highly eligible to receive the payment. The following are the conditions set in the program; the students who fulfil these conditions are paid every three months.
- Eligibility of the child’s mother in the sponsorship program
- To meet the poverty score
- Decrease in monthly income
- Students facing difficulties
- Students who are concerned about education and work in kilns.
Attendance enforcement 2026: a child below 70% attendance for three consecutive quarters is suspended; reinstatement needs one full quarter at 70%+ verified attendance plus a visit to the tehsil office with the B-Form and a school letter.
