Receive BISP Payments Transparently
The current quarterly Benazir Kafalat payment is Rs. 14,500, paid phase-wise and district-wise during the October–December 2026 cycle (see the phase-wise Rs. 14,500 payment schedule). After receiving the official payment SMS from 8171 — and never trust a message from any other number — visit your nearest BISP campsite or authorized bank retailer with your original valid CNIC.
First, the staff verifies your thumbprint on the BISP device, and then the representative hands you the full Rs. 14,500 in cash. After that, count the full amount before leaving the counter and always take your printed receipt. Finally, if anyone pays you less than the full amount, file a complaint right away.
Remember: 8171 is the only official number of BISP, and the toll-free helpline is 0800-26477. Never share your CNIC number or personal details with anyone who contacts you from a different number. Always check your payment status on the official 8171 BISP portal.
Free Benazir SIM and Social Protection Wallet
BISP is shifting payments to a free Benazir SIM linked with a Social Protection Wallet. Collect your free Benazir SIM only from a BISP office or a designated campsite — bring your original CNIC and your own mobile phone; BISP staff will insert the SIM for you. Never hand your SIM to an agent.
Wallet activation is free, and a fixed Rs. 280 cash-withdrawal fee applies. In addition, your funds stay safely in the wallet — there is no need to withdraw the money on the same day. As a result, you can withdraw any time, any day, from any authorized partner-bank retailer. Finally, BISP transfers Benazir Kafaalat payments only to the Digital Wallet linked with the officially issued Benazir SIM, per the BISP press release of 14 July 2026.

How To Receive BISP Payment From Campsite
In fact, it is the easiest and most popular way to receive BISP payments from campsites. All BISP beneficiaries can receive their full amount through any campus. In addition, women must have a valid National Identity Card to receive money in this way.
First, ladies, provide your national identity card to the representative at the campsite and wait for your turn. Then the representative will enter their CNIC number on the BISP device and scan their thumbprint.
After the thumbprint verification, the BISP representative will provide them with the required amount. Don’t forget to get a receipt from the representative after receiving the money.
Remember that if you do not receive the full amount, you can file a complaint against the deductor. There are BISP helpline numbers for filing complaints.

How To Solve BISP-Related Problems
It has made it easy for the beneficiaries to resolve the issues related to BISP. For this purpose, BISP has provided various helpline numbers. Through this, the beneficiaries can easily contact the BISP control room.
You can register your complaints or find solutions to your BISP-related issues. Apart from this, BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid holds a live E-Katcheri at BISP headquarters and streams it on the official BISP Facebook page, where she hears and resolves beneficiaries’ problems on the spot.
Share these complaint channels with other beneficiaries so that people facing similar problems can also get guidance. For payment-related queries, you can call the BISP toll-free number 0800-26477 from a mobile or landline number.
